#CreamCheese #HomemadeCheese<br /><br />Homemade Cream Cheese<br /><br />Ingredients<br />Milk - 1 ltr<br />Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp<br /><br />Preparation<br />1. Heat a pan, add 1 ltr Milk. Bring the milk to boil.<br />2. Once the milk boils, simmer the flame and keep stirring.<br />3. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to this and stir the milk.<br />4. Milk starts to curdle. Add rest of the lemon juice to this.<br />5. Now you can see the cream cheese will be separated.<br />6. Strain this using a cheese cloth and a strainer.<br />7. Squeeze the Cream cheese in the cheese cloth and let it rest for 15-20 mins.<br />8. The Cream Cheese will be nice and dry now. Grind it to a fine paste in mixer blender. At this point add Salt for flavour.<br />9. If your Cream Cheese is on a thicker side, you can add the liquid we strained off to this while grinding in the mixer blender to loosen it up a little bit.<br />10. Homemade Cream Cheese is ready.
